PRACTICE AREA AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE
Prior to joining Morrow & Meyer LLC, Ms. Chae was associated with Buckingham Doolittle & Burroughs LLP and Black, McCuskey, Souers & Arbaugh LPA where she focused her practice in the areas of Labor and Employment, Health Law, and Civil Litigation.
Ms. Chae’s practice includes providing legal advice and aggressive representation to employers of all sizes, including Fortune 500 companies, public employers, medical practices, and individuals. Ms. Chae has special expertise in defending employers against OSHA inspections, EEOC and OCRC discrimination charges, and actions and investigations initiated by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Additionally, Ms. Chae assists employers in litigation matters, labor arbitrations, HIPAA compliance, developing affirmative action programs, and preparing employment policies, manuals, and contracts.
